Jungle Safari in Nepal
A visitor to Nepal may have different areas of interest but without jungle safari his trip is incomplete. The northern side of country has high mountains and magnificent peaks which are incomparable with any parts of the world. Besides this, the tropical jungles at southern belt-- Terai preserve some of the best wildlife habitat in the subcontinent. These habitats are now protected as national parks and conservation areas where visitor can tour on elephant back, 4 wheeler or on foot.

through 10 National parks, 6 conservation areas and 3 wildlife reserves, occupying 16% of its total geographical area. Himalayan

The giant river systems Narayani and Karnali pass
through two famous National Parks Royal Chitwan National Park, & Bardia
National Park respectively. These rivers are the natural habitat to different animals
including Gharials, Crocodiles, dolphins and several other species of fish. In
addition, the national parks and conservation areas have preserved several
other animal like Ram, Bob Cats, endangered Red Panda, Elks, Deers, Anteplores,
Kasturi, monkeys, hundreds of birds (in fact Arun Valley has the largest
population of birds (650+) and butterflies (800+) in the entire world), and
butterflies.
